Paul Furtado is a veteran in the IT industry. He has held roles both as CIO and as CISO in business organizations before joining Gartner as a Research Analyst. Currently he serves as a Senior Director, Analyst at Gartner where he is responsible for providing insights into cybersecurity trends, threats, prevention and governance. In his current role, he helps Gartner clients around the world develop/enhance their cybersecurity programs, advising on security initiatives, developing employee cybersecurity training programs and assisting them with security vendor evaluation.
